Does this mod take floors into consideration to calculate the room's environment? There is 1 wood floor, called "Polished Bamboo Light", that ruins the room score completely. I wonder if this will affect the calculations done through this mod?

@Chaavik There's already a mod that fixes that floor.
@simler90 Your new environment curve looks quite odd. It looks like a 25-tile room needs a higher objects price to maximize the environment score than a 50-tile room.

@Nopke I already have marhis' fix for the affected bamboo floor. I am wondering if simler90 is aware of this problem when it comes to calculating room scores in unmodded games without marhis' fix.

I have a high end book store where the deco is on the expensive side and have been wondering what is making the owner who is fastidious to a fault hold his head and cry out in pain when he is anywhere but his office and private bath. I was thinking it might be the number of sim written books for sale on the counters on the display tray. Now you have given me another possibility with this mod. I'm trying it to see if the large open area of the store (around 120 squares) is the real culprit. I will report back. Thanks for your knowledge and for working out a fix.

I remember quite some years back when my husband was playing and had a huge living/dining room for his sims, they always despised that room specifically while every other room (bathrooms, bedrooms) were fine. We figured out that if he used the floor divider things it solved the problem, but it seemed really dumb and illogical. Irl I think people tend to find larger rooms more pleasant than tiny cramped ones. Thanks so much for fixing this issue!

Here's one thing to consider: in a big mansion-like house, if you surround the whole lot with fences it begins to count as an inside room and not as outside, which is a problem because if the same house happens to have a tiny garden at one far away corner full of weeds and trash, the environment need will be affected even if your sim is at the opposite corner. So maybe this mod could also set that only actual walls are considered when determining what is a room?
