This is the third creation within my Tudor Castle set (check out my City Fortress and Old Town Stronghold ). This is one of my favourite creations, which I found worked really well when creating.

Similarly to my other SimCity BuildIt castle replica's, this is less of a castle and more of a Tudor Mansion. I tried my best to include the castle's features from the game, however limited some of my adaptions, in order to make it suitable as a liveable house. It sits beautifully in my neighbourhood between my City Fortress and Old Town Stronghold, so even though this is more liveable of the trio, they all work great together.

What I love about this lot is the symmetry, despite having so many unique assets. My favourite features are the two left-hand side watch towers. I'm really proud of what I accomplished, especially with the green roof's and I feel they provided a lovely finish and something extra to this build. I also like the way I was able to integrate a loft conversion to the right-hand side of the lot. I wasn't expecting this floor to be playable, but adds a nice touch.

I found the main watch tower the most challenging and tested numerous styles of build with the windows and roof and couldn't get it exactly how I wanted, however I'm glad I managed to make the make tower playable. The lot also includes walkways around the structure for Sims to access the watch towers.

This lot includes seven upstairs bedrooms and five bathrooms (all unfurnished). It's a huge property and is great for a full family of eight sims. Similarly to my other mansions, I have converted this myself into six apartments within my own game, but I uploaded this as a residential lot, with a generic inside structure for your own adaption.

The price of this lot is $142,868 and the size is 5x3.

As I loved building this lot and was so happy with how it turned out, I'd love feedback. Do you think my replica of SimCity BuildIt's Countess' Citadel does it justice? I'm intrigued to know if other users like the way in which I integrated the Tudor style to what was a castle in another game. I hope other users enjoy it as much as I do.

Enjoy playing!
Matthew

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
