Thank you, Vic. Yeah... after the last couple of 'show pieces' these next few houses look pretty bland in comparison. But, I'm saving the best for last (IMHO) So... stay tuned, the best is yet to come! LOL!

Lovely ! I've seen this one before, and I might give it a try too someday :) And those high white benches framing the front door, they seem to be on every single house plan from the 1920s. Gives me ideas for a future mesh, when I get the time... Sorry, ended rambling about myself ! Keep up the good work, can't believe this is your 50th house ! Planning on doing all 62 houses?

The dining nook is just the standard dining booth...
