Welcome to Waikiki Guesthouse

Iconic Itaewon guesthouse from Korean sitcom-drama Welcome to Waikiki, heavily modelled after the version in season 1. The show's plot revolves around 6 eccentric friends living together, and their interactions with one another. It seemed to make a great Sims scenario to play with, so I thought I'd try to recreate the house in the game.

4 floors of fun, numerous rooms to play with, great for community living.

Mundane exterior, like most buildings in the korean suburbs

In the actual filming of the show, the scenes in the building weren't actually all shot in the same location. So the exterior and interior, and individual floor layouts from the show don't actually make sense when put together. I've done my best to make them all fit without looking too different from how it is portrayed in the show.

Ground floor is most accurate, other floors needed some improvisation.

Rooftop - Tent
3rd floor- Lounge, Guest room, Indoor balcony
2nd floor - Entertainment room, Music room, Guest room, Community shower
1st Floor - Leads' rooms, Laundry room, Pantry, DIning Hall/Kitchen, Living room, Porch

There are guest rooms in case you would like to use it as an actual guesthouse with some gameplay mods.

There's also a tent on the rooftop from that episode where the leads caught the flu or something.

Most stuff packs are needed for this to work 100%, but can be used without them

6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
