Oooo... getting close to the end now! It's awesome how much attention you've given to the detail in these, reading your descriptions has given me a better appreciation for this style of architecture.
Any plans for when you finish the series?

All the rooms are well proportioned. Each bedroom has it's own built-in closet, the bathroom has both a shower and a tub (gotta have a tub, if you have a doggie!) The kitchen is spacious - with lots of wall space to add cabinets.

Heey. But I see now how that rooms were done. You deleted the chimney! :D
House is nicely done. And I like it.

Oh... I've got a few more builds ready to post

Vic - Yeah... using the chimney-less fireplace and adding a fake chimney actually helped solve some of the roof issues I had with this one. And, the EAxis chimneys are just too big! Especially if it's internal/not on an outside wall. So, no chimney = closet space for the win! LOL.

I agree with your self-rating. That this house has perfect floor plan, but this house is cheated. Xd The chemney placement is a little challenge that even interesting to stand. For example in sims 4 houses i made fake chimneys to keep things fair (but they have absolutely dumb feature with multiple chimneys, that all are smoke at once)

Here you can see more of my creations and conversions for sims 3. ;) I`ll glad to see your comments in.

I loove your builds! I am curious though how do you make those 1 step, or 2 steps only foundations? Could you share please? Thanks!

LOL! I just posted a tutorial a few days ago: Using Grid-Adjuster for No-Slope Basements and 1-Click/2-Click Foundations
