Faith, her husband and Balin are such a strong part of all this project. Probably they has a great stress from move to 58th house Lol.
Oh. About house. House is great. ^_^

Yeah... as they keep reminding me, they are "retired"! They shouldn't have to be doing all this work! (Balin doesn't really mind though, he's been enjoying digging up each new yard and chasing sticks - especially down the long driveways.)
