Hello! Hello! Hello!

I am back with yet another residential lot.

General Info Cottonwood Estate is a beautiful modern farmhouse on a 40 X 40 lot. It's got a wrap around porch, a gazebo in the back, a whimsical garage roof and of most importance, a barn that contains two horse stables. It has a well manicured lawn and different pathways that create a nice point for a beautiful centerpiece in the middle of the square, whether it be the existent tree or perhaps a fountain . . . Almost anything will do! All in all, the yard is very peaceful. You can enjoy the quiet under the gazebo and play some chess, study the stars on the wrap around porch, capture butterflies (One butterfly spawner is on the lot) or swing for the sky! If none of those things are of interest to you, race around the enclosed yard with your trusty steed. This yard has it all. Inside, expect to be WOW'd by the traditional furniture and decor. There's a living room where you can watch television, read from the bookshelves or play the piano all while enjoying a nice, warm fire. The formal dining room is a nice space to eat breakfast lunch and dinner and enjoy the beautiful paintings and perhaps make artwork of your very own! The study offers a nice view of the front yard. The kitchen is located next to the garage and the passageway to the back deck. In the garage, you can have many science experiments or simply admire the trophy case and the beautiful race car! I say, it may be time for an upgrade on the racecar, eh (truthfully, the only reason I chose this one is that the bigger and better one makes the lots price go way way up!)? In case of bathroom emergencies, use the all in one bathroom and out the door you go! Upstairs, we have the three bedrooms, which includes the master and the boys and girls. Lastly, unwind with a hot bath in the beautiful restroom that overlooks the yard.

Cottonwood Estate was built with patch 1.67 and contains no third party CC. All sims 3 store content that I used in the making of the lot is listed below. Remember, anything you don't own will be replaced with items you do own because they are not "included" with the download. For some items listed, I suggested possibilities about how to replace them, if you don't own them already.

And that concludes this post! I hope you enjoy this farmhouse!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This looks so beautiful! Will fit right into my Appaloosa Plains save!
One question: The piano looks like cc but did you achieve that unique look using moveobjects on?

Yes, I never use third party cc. The piano was combined with a base game dresser.

Loved how you designed with a consistent color on floors and walls and the under-the-stairs powder room is really well executed. Flawless <3
