This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

Hi everyone!

The winged goddess of Victory standing on the prow of a ship overlooked the Sanctuary of the Great Gods on the island of Samothrace. This monument was probably an ex-voto offered by the people of Rhodes in commemoration of a naval victory in the early second century BC. The theatrical stance, vigorous movement, and billowing drapery of this Hellenistic sculpture are combined with references to the Classical period-prefiguring the baroque aestheticism of the Pergamene sculptors.
Discovered in 1863 by Charles Champoiseau on the island of Samothrace, the Victory has been exhibited since 1866 at the Louvre museum in Paris.

I made this statue from a free 3D model I found on the Internet. I reduced significantly the number of faces, built an UV map, normal map and textures.

Happy Simming!

Jim

Thank you so much for this fantastic statue. I'm really in love with it since I saw her many years ago in the Louvre (often wondering how her head would have looked like).

Beautiful as always. Your statues are amazing. My Sims actually live during that era, so, if they owned this statue it wouldn't be broken. Would it be difficult to fill in the missing parts to make her whole again? Like this?

Sorry but I can't do that: I work with existing HD 3D scans. But maybe I can find a similar and unbroken winged Victory.
