(New version available)

If you have a saved game with the old version, you will have to re-equip this trait.

This trait has different types of buffs. Those that work on the Sim that has the trait and those that work on the Sims around the Sim that has the trait.

Most of these buffs require the development of skills to some extent to function, the main ones being Fitness and Charisma.

The main emotion of this buff is "confidence" but it was so dominant that it annoyed me, so in this New Version the strongest confidence buffs will last only half that before, this change was designed to be able to fulfill tasks that require another type of emotion. In addition to this, new buffs were added to help the other types of emotions.

The idea of this Trait focuses on how others react to your beauty. The buffs they receive for your presence varies depending on the level of relationship you have with that specific Sim (strangers, friends, and lovers) and the type of outfit your Sim is wearing.

With the new update now your Sim will react to the reaction that others have of her. Feeling Judged "sad" by some stranger, feeling appreciated with friends "Happy" and desired with her lover "flirtatious".

This trait tries to emulate reality for a better gameplay, being pretty gives you many advantages, such as moving faster in relationships, but it also has disadvantages. Beautiful women find it difficult to make female friends, that is why I implemented a penalty to socialize with certain women (I will specify) and a negative buff that women around you will have. Female Sims other than your friends or family will be angered by your beauty and it will be difficult for you to befriend them. This penalty will last until you manage to advance the relationship by 40% in friendship, which is the percentage of friend. What if your Sim is Bisexual or Lesbian and you don't want this penalty? I've always tried to make my buff descriptions neutral because of this but I can't do much at this point, other than the following: The penalty in socializing with women is only in friendship, not in romance, you can also get rid of the penalty and the negative buff on them as follows: go up 10% on the romance bar (Which without the penalty and being only 10% and not 40% is your best option).

Now I will try to specify a little more and give technical data:

This trait is a emotional trait, and uses the Active (trait) autonomous actions. Your sim will want to exercise and that's good, Because your sim will need a high level of fitness skill to unlock most of these buffs.

In this new version, the Trait only works in Teens and Young Adults, no longer in Adults or Elders. I felt this change was necessary for the health of the Trait, I think that if I try to cover a lot it will only limit it.

Buff that your sim will have:

Your sim will have a permanent +1 confidence buff. This buff has no skill requirements.
(My game is in Spanish but the trait is in English.)

For her outfit: Depending on the type of outfit your sim wears, she will earn a different buff (Need high fitness skill)(These buffs will stay while wearing that outfit and will be removed a few seconds after you change your outfit type.).

For activities that she performs: Your sim will have a specific buff when doing some activities (Yoga, Dance, Exercise and Drink from bar)(Some require a high specific skill to work. Like a great Yoga skill to trigger the Yoga buff.). The duration of these buff are from 4 to 6 hours (Sims time).

Random Buff: There are 4 random buff, which you will have depending on your level of fitness skill.
These buffs will give you more confidence and will last 2 to 4 hours and will reappear every 24 hours or so.

Buff that the sims around you will have (Your sim should have a high level of fitness skill for these.):

For your outfit: The sims around you will react to your outfit. And depending on your relationship levels with them it will be a different buff. Strangers will value you especially for your beauty, but your friends will see beyond your beauty and will love you for who you are.
For example:

For activities that your sim does: The sims around you will get a buff for some of the activities you do (Yoga, Dance and Exercise).
And these buff will also be affected depending on the level of relationship you have with them.

While doing Whoohoo: Sims you have Whoohoo with will have a buff only for the duration of Woohoo. This buff will be a flirty emotion and the description will change depending on your type and level of relationship with that sim.

Close relatives (grandparents, parents, siblings, children, etc.) are not affected by these buff. The description of the buff not only changes depending on your relationship level, some are also affected by your type of relationship with that sim (Boyfriends or spouse).

That's all I hope you like it!

Thank you for this mod. I was looking for such a mod, since the beautiful trait mod doesn't work anymore. My sim is in the modeling career and is a supermodel so a pretty or beautiful trait is welcome. The only thing that bothers me is that the mod is very depended on the high fitness skill and the sports wear. As a supermodel my sim does not look like a bodybuilder and mostly wears elegant outfits. But i sure will try this mod. And maybe someday you can also make such a mod for a pretty supermodel.

Hello, thanks for commenting. All types of outfits have a buff my friend. For the Buff with the formal outfit you only need level 5 fitness skill. This trait also has a buff called "Like a model" that is unlocked at level 8 fitness skill and using the try on outfits interaction in the closet, locker or mannequin. I'm sorry it's not exactly what you're looking for, but I hope you have fun playing this trait.

I love this mod! It's pretty much exactly what I was looking for. I would love tinker with it myself a bit though, would it be possible to get the Mod Constructor Files from you?

And again, great work!

Please! Will you update this mod. My gameplay is heavilly depending on this mod. I don't want to start a new game because i had to take it out. So i still haven't updated but i can't hold off on the EA update forever. So i hope you will find the time to update this trait very soon.

Hi, I'm sorry what happened, I had no idea. Usually it would not take long for me to post the exported Trait with the updated program, but in fact I have been modifying it, creating an improved version with more things and now I find out about this. In the best of cases it will take me about 3 days to post it, now I am updating my game and I will have to run some tests and touch up the new thing that I have been adding to the Trait, that kind of thing. But I'm on it

Yay. I am so happy you are going to update the trait. I love this trait and all that it does. It is perfect for my sims career. And I can certainly wait longer now i know it is going to receive an update. No Rush. I hold off on updating my game. And buying the new pack. I was only affraid that the trait wouldn't get an update anymore. And that i was waiting in vain. And i am certainly curious and excited about the new and improved version. I can't thank you enough for this mod.

Thank you so much for updating this trait. It's funny that in your game the confidence buff was to strong. In my game she needed confidence but it was the energized buff that was way to strong. She did not have the active trait but was constantly energized. Now i'm off to updating my game and then off to playing with this new version.

Thanks for comment .
The daily buff are usually the strongest, surely you have the Fitness skill developed about half, at that point there is a daily energy buff, but as you develop the skill a little more, that buff will no longer appear and will be replaced with a buff of confidence. The idea behind this is that at the beginning an energy buff is useful to learn the fitness skill faster.
