Hi! To install any lot/house in the sims 4, you need to extract the files that you downloaded in the Tray folder, with is usually located in: Documents » Electronic Arts » The Sims 4 » Tray.

After that you can find the lot/house in the gallery inside the game, pressing F4 and selecting the “My Library” tab.
