Such smartly laid-out homes! I really love your use of the 1-click foundations to add lots of realism!

Awesome houses, I really love the front design. Even though none of my sims are tech minded, animal lovers, nor space minded, I don't mind.

You know... when I "decorate" a house, I really do it more as a place-holder idea-type-thing. Usually, when I put my lots into my own permanent 'hood, I completely redo them with LOTS of CC - every house has it's own personality in my hood (and reflects the personality of the sims who live there) . I don't 'play' my families very much, but wowee do they ever have back-stories and rich histories

...So please don't think you need to keep the 'tech', 'animal', and 'space' themed bedrooms - redecorate to your hearts content! (Just don't try removing/replacing walls on this build - especially over the garage area! Yikes!)

Wow, that's a fantastic amount of good living space in relatively small square footage, and none of the rooms even look cramped or crowded. That's a trick I wish I could figure out for my own home. As always, your houses never disappoint, CatherineTCJD. Love these!
