How is it possible to make a no CC build look so beautiful? Great job! Can't wait to use this.

It's so pretty!!! I love how cool it looks, how much space you get and no CC...? I need to learn some new tricks to get on another level. Haha, thanks for sharing!

This lot is great, I love the outdoor dining with nice view to the pool.
I got a question, have you ever made a house with a pool, and the pool has windows too, like this -->https://youtu.be/eZWWkg-xtxg

Yup!

Thank you for commenting I'm really glad you like this house.

I have made both houses and apartments with "pool windows" - like these:
The Blair House in the Meadow Creek neighborhood.
This one from 2011 - which I've recently made over, but haven't uploaded the new file yet (I'll get it posted later today - wait for the new one, if you want to DL it!)
And these apartments - 22 Toboggan Way Bluewater, Maxis remake.

I've also put pools on the rooftop, made lakes swimmable, and made some pretty good looking "above ground" pools.
Just take a scroll through my profile, and see...

I'd planned to put pool windows in this house - but, it won't work with the grid-adjusted levels.

Thank you, I do like these modern houses. (Thinking of making a modern extension and a vintage extension in my new hood :))

Thank you, Petro
...and that's a great idea! I usually have an older/original town area and a 'new town' area in my hoods too. .
