Love it. Can you do the same for humans, like vasectomy for male sims?

My friend is a vet and sadly Zeuterin is no longer available IRL (company that held the patent stopped making any in '16 due to lack of profit), she really liked it as an alternative for neutering especially because it was so simple. It's nice to see this as an option ingame. She's thrilled to have this in the game (she doesn't have a MTS account, so take my word for it) as it "makes her own selfsim feel more realistic."

Can you use both mods in game?

I wasn't aware vets would do any of these IRL! I can tell you, you would never do this for a real-life cat. Intact males are much more likely to get into fights, and also spray to mark their territory. Females, ever been around a cat in heat? As soon as it ends, straight to the vet and get that taken care of, NOT dealing with that again...
