Hahaa!!! This is a must have for a petrolhead like me. Now my Skyline and M5 BMW can be in the upper garage. Meanwhile all the other motorsport stuff can be in the basement. I just need to modify this a little bit so my semi will fit in to the basement. Great job.

I've seen a floor plan similar to this that I've been trying to recreate in ts2 and 3. Now I have a better idea on how to go about it!
