Thanks for sharing this! It's going to help with my Pleasanview Epic Challenge and my BACC which is in the 1840's now. This clothing looks much more realistic to how colonists and pioneers would've dressed after moving to a new world colony in the 17th century or out west in the 19th century. Both genders had to work just as hard and it wasn't all tamed land with land cleared of bush in the colonial times which means females couldn't wear dresses or their dress got shredded.

Thank you for this, it's just what I was looking for! I'm FTM and often can't find clothing that represents my selfsim well - esp formal clothing. This will work nicely!

Hi, I have an issue with the Victorian Suit for teen males. You mention it has a Maxis mesh, but if I put them into the game, they show up as missing the mesh. The female suits work well, they're very lovely and I'd love to have them for teen boys as well - are you sure there is not a mesh needed for the teen one?

ETA: spent some time googling: the teen suit needs a mesh from here: https://aquilegia.dreamwidth.org/12618.html (the [Improved]BASE_tmbodyfancysuit_addon.package one)

Thanks!

You totally confused me at first, because I was sure the suits were base game. Aquilegia's ones were only supposed to be default replacements. So I took Aquilegia's DRs out and the suits lost their mesh, plus I couldn't find the originals. I did some digging and it turned out that while most of Aquilegia's suits were default replacements, she had also converted two adult suits for teens because teens didn't get them. I hadn't realised that because the original suits didn't show up with a custom star and showed up with all the other Maxis suits. You seem to be the first downloader who doesn't also use Aquilegia's defaults lol. I will add the link you gave me to the main post. Thanks again.
