Toddlers can use Beach Towels

Why can't toddlers use the beach towels that came with Island Living? This is a tuning mod that allows them to relax and nap on the towels. I converted the relax animations. The animations transitions are looking a bit fast and I can try to improve it at some point.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

Anyone can use both .rar and .zip files easily! On Windows, use WinRAR.
If you don't have a Mods folder, just make one.
Mod still not working? Make sure you have script mods enabled

I use the mod, automatic sunburns that enables sims to apply sunscreen on toddlers, but I don't think the option for toddlers to apply sunscreen came with island Living or did it?
