The George
This is a three bedroomed modern built house decorated in a modern style throughout.The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in dressing room whilst the other two bedrooms share a family bathroom. Both bedrooms are of a good size. One is decorated for a little girl and the other as a guest room. The house has extensive gardens extending to three sides of it and boasts an over-sized garage.
I have placed a burglar alarm at both exterior doors and the smoke alarm is hidden underneath the cooker hood.
I do hope you enjoy playing with it. Here is the house that inspired this build.
There are a couple of pieces of CC but you can swap them out if you don't want them.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs.
