Since I know populated map can be shared as save file. You could see that how it's done in other simmer's uploads. For example Norn's
The plot of your town is a little bit distinct from from what I see in my my game. However, I would like to test this with your families on place when you'll find a way to share it.

Good day! Thanks for the advice!!! This is a good idea. I'll think about how best to do it. Perhaps I will release it in several versions. But I will definitely follow the advice and load the city and families in saving the game.

The families themselves can be viewed and downloaded separately (City with Sims TARA - 3.0).
The city is built up and inhabited. Created as a save game.

hello i'm having a small problem with the world i downloaded it like usual than downloaded the save for the family but when i load in all the property are named semothing like ______ ______ ______ and don't have any description
is there something i did wrong perhaps ?

Consistency (it is highly desirable to have a clean play):
1. Load the city at number 2
2. Install families
Do you mean that the names of the lots (public and residential buildings) are not reflected? My native Russian language. Descriptions in the game in Russian. Ideally, they should be reflected in my language, since the game supports this language.
If I misunderstood you, write in more detail about the problem.

edit - to clarify my game is in english i put the sims3.pack files in download and made the luncher install it, i have all the kit and DLC, i charged the world one time with and without the save files for the household (didn't check if the terrain already had bad names). half the people have butchered name has well. it is not exactly game "breaking" but it is still an hindrance (i could rewrite all the names and description myself but based on the mods description and the photo provided i'm still not sure which is which).

Good day! You licensed game? I play a licensed game, version 1.67. There is nothing to conflict with. Have you looked at other cities in the game? Have you tried reinstalling everything again?

tried reinstalling at least 4 time (just the world) and 1 time the entire gamed
game with all DLC and kit purchased on steam (so licensed if that was the what you were asking) no other world have probleme like that tried with other created world no probleme really don't know what is wrong (don't think the other world are russian in origin) so maybe it's just my computer having trouble with the russian alphabet :/
(BTW it might interrest you that https://thesimscatalog.com/ is proposing populated world they may have a tutoriel as to how to make it happend without a save file ?)

Good day! The only reasonable explanation is the absence of my language in your game. In this case, you will have to copy the names from the description, make a backup save (to which you can then return, if necessary) and play calmly.

Settling families is actually REALLY easy. You will need the NRAAS suite to do this.

The "Create-a-World" program has its own Mods folder. Put the NRAAS content in there. Open the Create-a-World and choose "EDIT IN GAME". When it loads, use the MAKESIM cheat code. Edit that Sim to your desire. Add him to a Lot with the Master Controller.

That's it. It's that easy.

Remember, though, that CAW is unstable if you use "EDIT IN GAME" too long. Save every time you finish a Sim and every time you add one in, or create the Sims and save them to the Saved Sims Folder, then load them as you would any other Sim.

I am so late to discovering creator made worlds for Sims 3! I'm in love with the backstory and visual look of Tara, I've downloaded both it and the Sims who live there and all seems well, although (as mentioned before) no lots have names and neither do Sims/families. I've been cross-referencing with the descriptions to pick out who's who and assign names to all but wondered if there's a map of Tara somewhere that shows the names for vacant houses, etc? If so, could someone provide a link? It would make things much easier, I think.
Also, I decided to be brave and download, even though I don't have University or Showtime. Most things have been replaced with something similar (except for something in the junkyard house that became a pup tent from WA. Not sure what it was - I watched a video that showed a washer, dryer and clothesline but I got a clotheline, stove and fridge PLUS the tent! HAH!
I'm just going thru each building/lot and making sure everyone still have bathrooms, kitchens, beds. The furnishings have been exactly what I prefer - not excessively cluttered but much more than adequate. I hope to be enjoying this world for a long time, with or without a map to help set up! It's honestly amazing - so well done and detail.
