wel ehh there is a max of eight sims.......
so i guess you can't fill all the houses with families but i guess two families of four are capable

Really cool. I hate how you can only have 8 sims live on a lot.

I know right!But any more than eight and you'll get your hands full.
The Tombstone of Life and Death is pretty useful.
