A big fan of populated hoods (I've played over 25 different ones), it will be fun to check this out. Sounds like you have not set them up to have ongoing issues .. maybe I'll comment on all that.
so here is some feedback:
You named one community lot "Hotel Baracks", did you mean Barracks?
All the houses are missing things, like; phones, toilets, stove, frig. The big Moon family ...when first entered Yoon is floating in front of the house in her bathing suit - so think it had something to do with the pool. I couldn't direct her to do anything, or fix her, until I hit her with lightning. There aren't enough beds. They didn't have any kitchen appliances, I thought maybe because they had a buffet? Was there a reason houses are missing necessary things? Is there a reason the Alana house has ZERO money.
Don't know if you had a reason about these things, or if you want to "correct" them.
And I DO hope you are monitoring this thread.

I have been looking at all the lots and families and everything seems beautiful and very well built, the sims are also very nice, you really feel the atmosphere of the island.

Hopefully you can fix the names so that they appear correctly in all languages, it's a simple thing to do, but it takes some time.
