Wow! Never seen anything like this in my country! I really like it. Also is Brooklyn that's city center... Amazing! What's room here in the middle brownstone? Pear parlor? I would definitely be into peach kitchen. If that ever exist.

I managed to get most of the rooms in the right place - I omitted both "offices" - and anyone is welcome to rearrange it any way they want to
I wouldn't mess around with the Sublet version though... if you re-zone it to residential to do major work on it, it is likely to crumble. Be careful!

@Jawusa - It was a tricky and complicated build . Just the kind I like!
Who says you can't no-slope a basement, 2-click a foundation, CFE the front stoop, shrink the lot for a rowhouse - and then turn it into an apartment lot?!!
