This is a scripting mod.

Here's a new choice if you don't want to use the vacuum cleaner or robot vacuum.
Now your sims can also use the mop to remove dust from floors.

SP22 Bust The Dust Kit

This mod is built with game version 1.73.57.

This mod requires the script file of Xml Injector (by Scumbumbo, Triplis), which you can find the it here.

This mod don't alter any in-game files and uses new resources, it should be compatible with other mods.

Is the 85% file autonomous when the lot is not very clean or the other way around?

This means that it is only available at less than 85%.
P.S. All flavours are autonomous.

Deleted earlier comment because I asked a stupid question and later figured out the answer. Anyway, I just wanted to leave some praise for this mod! It's lovely and I can't thank you enough. Not being able to mop the dust was an annoyance to me. Also, the weirdest wonderful thing happened after installing this mod. We all recognize that Bust the Dust is a bit broken, yes? I was never able to vacuum off grid, even after installing updates to the vacuums, and even after generating a power surplus. After installing this mod, I am now able to vacuum after generating a surplus. Without that surplus it still won't work even with the updates, but yeah. Gonna mop, that's the reason I downloaded this awesome mod in the first place, but yeah. It's possible that it was just my copy of Bust the Dust that was glitchy and not the entire kit, but anyway. This unexpectedly halfway fixed vacuuming off the grid. Thought I would share that info.

Just what I needed for by barely getting by Sims. Thank you.

Thank you! I was so frustrated that I had to choose between starving my sim, have them risk random firebunnies (I dubbed the dust fiends that way as a reminder to myself) or cheat them a vacuum. Hiring a made was an option I guess, but then again if they don't have enough for a vacuum... Anyways...

Thank you very much, I can't wait to use this♥

Thank you for this mod! Really useful, especially when you want to play a more "traditional" family with no vacuums.

Hi! I think an earlier comment answered my question about if this works off the grid, but Itd be awesome if you could confirm that.

Does it also take a bit longer than vacuuming?

This is incredible!! I really needed this for off the grid gameplay. Is this still compatible with the Cottage Living patch or should I wait for an update?
