So name the father is included in this, but not the triplets and quads version, so if I want to use that I have to not have this? Well, I'm doing historical stuff, so I assume I can just swap 'em out when I get to the point when invitro fertilization is a thing.

No, this isn't compatible with triplets and quads yet.
