Hello angellasimmer
Thank you for your comment!
Hope you enjoy this set in your game - planning to do more kitchens (fingers crossed ) if I can.

Yes an other true maxis match kitchen , they are so limited in numbers.Thank you very much for your conversions.

I speak French only. If my statements are harsh, rude for you, that's not intentional. I just think Different due to my Language and my Culture.

Hello @LucieSims
Thank you for your comment.
You are right, there are few kitchens in Sims3 - some are Sims3 Store Kitchens and at the current time, I am unable to extract all the meshes that are required for counters (e..g corner, east and west parts).
I might have to look at Sims 4 Kitchens as an alternative.

Hello thanks for this lovely conversion and your many others! I think there's a slight issue here though, with the regular counters (not the island), 2 appear in the catalog, one with no recolours and seems to be the master since if I delete it then the other one which does have the recolours also disappears and I can't recolour the recolourable one with the design tool, hope that's a helpful observation

Hello @BellaDovah
Thank you for you comment.
Some counters have a choice of drawers or doors and on this occasion I have used the Chiclettina counter which falls into this category; thus generating two counter bases. (I chose this as it already has a glass subset.)
Both counters are connected and the one with no recolors should not be removed.
In SimPE if you open the DBPF named LSP8CounterCelebMesh and select recolor, you should be able to select to recolor the countertop or base (or both if you like). This was the method I used to recolor for the black and red versions.
I hope this helps?
Good luck with your recoloring.

Hello thank you for your reply.
I have a lot of your converting sets by the way from both games.
I know how is hard to extract and especially to convert items for thesims 2 I myself tried once it wasn't good. I know corners in the sims 3 kitchen from ea connected themselves alone as well as the upper cabinets.
I really adore the sims 4 kitchens as well so I'll be happy to have them in the sims 2.

Salut @LucieSims
Merci bien
I have put Sims 4 Kitchens on my "To Do" list but it might be about a month or so before I can start work on them.
If there is a specific kitchen you would like, let me know.

My pleasure ( de rien)
Please no pressure on you, your conversions are fantastic enough to make all the sims happy to have wonderful furniture. My very favourite sims 4 kitchens are
-The Selvadorian kitchen (the counters are stunning)
-The industrial kichen (from base game if I am not mistaken)
-The Harbinger kitchen (from base game)
and two others but I do not have the name of them

but if there are not in your to do list no problem I will grab them anyways, every styles worth.

I think I can visualise the Industrial Kitchen but will look at all of them and do them as soon as I am able to.

At least Sandy (Aroundthesims) converted it for the sims 3 if you need help to see what kitchen is.

Counters can be a challenge and in fact there is a template by @Numenor to help creators/converters.
The Sims 3 counters have the same dimensions as those in Sims 2, although some have no back splash on the worktop.
The Sims 4 counters and worktops are not the same size as those in Sims 2 - so looking forward to the challenge and will keep you posted on how I get on.

Yes you can have the Numenor templates to convert them and you can also have this you can made round corner counters etc. Perhaps it will help you for converting the kitchen in the sims 4.
I totally ignore this, I tried to convert a single time I wasn't very good at it. My toilet has a shadow and my table and chair didn't rebuild-in well.
