This house looks good but it definitely lacks functionality.
In such Del Sol Valley mansions which apparently should belong to reach sims I would like to have some specific rooms, first of all simoleon vault room, artist workshop, photo studio... There's even no kids room in this mansion. The house is big and nice but pretty common and boring in the same time, I think it needs a basement floor with all those advantages.

Mixed feelings. Spacious but bland white interior. Gorgeous but empty attic. Pictures represent back yard with different pools. And I like the pool which this house had lost.
In conclusion I am disappointed with this house. It needs renovation.
