Weird fact but this flat would count as 3 bedroom because every room counts as bedroom in my country. Also home laundry would count as half bathroom.

That's surely weird, lol But technically, you can use the living room as a bedroom as well, if you like. Some places I have been in Australia, the owner often dividing the living room with partition wall into a bedroom for multiple beds, like bunk beds, which is not so nice. I ended up rent someplace else nicer anyway. :D

I'm glad you notice that small room is dedicated for in-unit laundry. I put main laundry room on the first floor, just in case some players like to use the room for something else.
