Thank you so much for this beautiful hen on nest. Many years ago I got one from my grand mother, and I really love it!

Thank you! I have one of my grandmother's too, it sits in the pride of place in our collection.

Your welcome! I realized I needed on a couple years ago when making an old farmhouse. I only recently actually got around to it. Hope you like it!

Very nice work on the Hen On Nest statue. I looked up Indiana Glass Company to see that these little statues are in a variety of colors ranging from solid to stained. Another company made similar HONs, Hocking Glass Company. They were much smaller with a different lattice on the baskets and done in stained and such. Still, these are beautiful HONs. Your HONs are beautiful.

I'm curious if it is possible to do them in clear or stained colors?

Thank you for the compliment! And yes! There are many colours and designs, I myself have a small clear one from Anchor. I am hoping to get to do some that are clear and stained, but I was having troubles getting the right transparency in game. This is the first time I've dealt with Blender and UV mapping, so there may be a specific alpha level I need to hit that I didn't reach. But this certainly on my mind going forward.

That sounds wonderful! I look forward to seeing more of your work on these HONs. My country Sims will love these things all over their homes.

Take your time to get things just right the way YOU like them.
