Just some thoughts: I assume there are so many unchanged strings in the game because they implemented a resolving mechanism which appears to resolve stuff like "{M0.He}{F0.She}" to "{0.SimPronounSubjective}". I noticed this because I wanted to fix the strings in my own mods but it did work out of the box without having to change anything!
Of course that's not always possible for the more complex sentences (like the verb conjugations that you mentioned), but it should cover a lot.

Yeah I was informed of that after having made the first installment of this :\ Now I'm mostly combing through the remaining strings, especially looking for the ones that have custom wording within the brackets. >.<

And it took EA how long to give us this...

I thought Maxis would add a {N0.__ }... maybe later.

I actually saw maybe 2 or 3 with an {N0.} after the {M0.}{F0.}, though not sure what was going on in those few. Apparently the game can handle most cases but the inconsistencies in the grammar continues to be an issue so I switched focus to that. I did end up finding additional strings that need fixing but unfortunately the 1k~ I have done decided to give be burnout so it might be a while til it's all proofread and stuff.

Does this support the current patch?
