I have a bunch of the shiftable mirrors from Brazenlotus, a few from others as well I think. I'm guessing I should delete all of those before getting this?

I've checked the file and it's updated. Example of name changing: bessyMirrorShiftableCaptainChaz.package => bessyMirrorShiftableBGCaptainChaz.package

It's not necessary to delete BrazenLotus' mod as it's not broken, you can choose only missing items from my separate version. If you would like to have my merged package - yes, then delete the older similar mods bc they will duplicate each other.

Can builds that utilize this mod be uploaded to the gallery and downloaded by players that don't have it? Or will the mirrors go back to their original position?

I haven't test this, but I think it should be similar to cheats or TOOL mod using - builds aren't messed up for players who don't have them. I'll test it in weekend and then tell you if I was right or wrong.

Dunno why but this made all wall mirrors invisible in Build Buy Mode, I also use Tmex's Better Build Buy, might have a conflict

Hmm.. I do use Tmexi's BBB and TOOL too, I'll check that.

Hi again! Sorry for the delay - we've got a new kitten and I've been a bit busy with her)

So, thesammy58, for players who don't use this mod all mirrors stay at their position adjusted with mod, I mean they do not go back to the default height. Pls tell me if you have any issues.

And 90sugarcubes, I think I've understood what you mean - this mod changes Object Catalog resources of the items, so they are marked as CC now - please check if you have CC tag turned ON with BBB. If you meant something else - pls tell me!
