Wth is all this SimPE talk about??
I just used boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true > click + Shift on the sim > Add Neighbour to family > and then selected Bella

That's because when you do that she disappears the next time you play that family...When you use the SimPE She stays, Permanently

Just do the regular way with the tombstone of L & D Then before you quit the game everytime just force error and delete her and she should appear in front of your house the next time you play
