		<summary>a few people may have problems downloading and extracting the rars, particularily when their cache is full. Windows has a habit of cutting downloads short in the case where your cache is near full, resulting in an incomplete download. For this reason, i'm now making a habit of attatching an MD5 sum...</summary>
