Required screenshots must be taken in-game, on a lot.
General Guidelines
All required screenshots must be taken in-game, on a lot. Not in Create-a-Sim, Bodyshop, S4S, Milkshape, Photoshop, etc. This is so that downloaders can get a clear idea of what the creations will look like during gameplay, which, after all, is why most people are downloading CC!
Additional screenshots (bonus shots, not required for approval), do not need to be taken in-game, on a lot. However, we still recommend it, as downloaders like seeing more pictures of what the items will look like in their game. Not to mention that with some practice, pics taken in-game can be much more attractive than ones taken from other programs. :)

This screenshot, taken in Create-a-Sim, would not be acceptable for a required screenshot.
We assess creations based on how they appear live in the game, and downloaders want to be able to see exactly what they're getting.
In-game screenshot
This screenshot is taken in-game, on a lot, and would work well as a required screenshot!
Downloaders will see this type of image and know exactly what your creation will look like in their game :)
