Alright, I want to clarify a few things about this foundation (considering this is the last round unless there is demand for a fifth and final round.) So, what I want you to do is look at the lot in game, get a feel for it, then come back, open the spoiler box, and prepare yourself mentally.
1) You do -not- have to utilize the split level. CFE is scary and can mess up your houses. If you are uncomfortable if using the cheat, you can cover up the wall portion and move on just as if it were a normal house. Keep in mind, I have the foundation leveled, so you can still use the split level with no CFE at all.
2) If you -are- comfortable with CFE, you have a bit more creative freedom. That being said, you need to be careful to not break any rules.
- Walls don't count as foundation, so you can edit them freely (as some of you did in the last round.)
- You will break the "Livable space" rule if you extend the house beyond its original footprint.
- You will break the "Foundation Editing" rules if you accidentally (or intentionally) alter the height of the foundation.
