The Miller Family : Budget - 58,000 - Joanne and Larry are celebrating their one year anniversary with a new home. They were high school sweethearts. He was captain of the football team, she was a cheerleader. They are still very active and they still like their school colors, red and gold. They don't have a whole lot of money, but they have love. BONUS They have been thinking about starting their family. Maybe if you build it, they will come...

Upon entering, you are greeted by a practical place to hang your coat and hat and all-important mirrors for a quick gussy up. A few books left from high school required reading list found their way to the table gracing the entry, as well as one of Larry's prize trophies.
A quick glance at the living room shows how their assorted collection of high school memorabilia comes together, championship games, school pennants, and even the heart shaped pillow Larry got for Joanne for Valentine's Day their senior year.
The open kitchen and dining area is casual and comfortable, perfect for cooking in or for entertaining a couple of friends.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is adorned with drapes Joanne found in her hope chest. Larry's comic books, Joanne's cheerleading gear, along with other team photos and awards are scattered about.
Their second bedroom, former home to miscellaneous items (primarily Larry's!), has been enthusiastically converted (primarily by Joanne!) into a nursery. She is not even pregnant yet, but she is sure their child will go to their old high school as well eventually, so a red and gold themed nursery seemed natural!
Their yard is cool and inviting, and has a place to read and paint, if either of them are inclined to sit still for more than a few moments!
But more likely, they are grilling up food and using the great pool and patio area for entertaining friends. The tire swing as well as the float in the pool double as targets for Larry to keep his football tosses accurate. His buddies use them as targets to settle bets. Joanne and Larry both swim and jog every day as part of their fitness routine. Joanne hopes to start teaching elders aquarobics on the weekends. Larry continues to play minor league football while hoping to catch the eye of the major league scouts.
