So for round 2 I decided to go for a community lot. Without further ado, I herewith present you a museum, G.A.T.E. Modern (lame pun, guess what building it's based on )
James Goth visited the manor of his greatgrandparents, Gunther and Cornelia, only once. He did remember the stories his grandfather used to tell him, but after he passed away, his father Alexander refused to talk about his family any longer. James knew that there were some important stories being kept secret from him and that is why he decided to go against his father's wishes and explore the manor. As soon as he arrived, he knew he would never return again, the place left him with an eerie feeling. He took his time exploring the building and when he entered the attic he was completely taken by suprise. There, among lots of spiders and other insects he couldn't identify, he found his greatgrandmother's artcollection and his greatgrandfather's inventions. The place gave him the creeps so he quickly filled up his truck with the most important stuff. Using his family fortune, he bought a nice plot of land and decided to build a museum in honour of his family: the Goth Artcollection Très Extragavant Modern, in short G.A.T.E. Modern. Filled with modern art, it showcases the extravagant talent of the local artists plus two paintings by Cornelia Goth.
When entering through the large front door, the first thing that calls for the visitor's attention are the large stairs and the portraits of Gunther and Mortimer Goth. Plus, with the open basement, you know straight where to find the museumcafe once the tour has ended! On the first floor you will find moar than just paintings. The G.A.T.E collection also includes some statues and furniture, as well as modern movies full of social criticism. The basement has everything you want to fulfill your wishes (and needs). The museumshop sells coffee, tea and toys inspired by Gunther's ridiculous inventions. You may have to ring the bell to catch the assistant's attention...Take your drink outside, enjoy the view and don't forget to look at the garden of statues on your way out!

And special thanks to Armiel and TVRDesigns for the videotutorials. They taught me some nice CFE-tricks so I can now proudly say that I have used CFE for the very first time in one of my buildings.
