Il Casa per Libre is my round three entry. After I built in in Armiels DIY world, I realised the only place it belongs is in Monte Vista. Hope you likey!

Sofia's love of books stemmed from her Nonna and Nonno who raised her after her parents died when she was but a toddler. Once 18, Sofia moved to Milan where for several years she worked within a publishing house. She was already feeling sick of city life when she got the tragic news that her grandparents had died within hours of each other, leaving her their savings, and their tan and white collie, Toby. Sofia, having spent 2 weeks in her grandparent's village, re-living their memories and packing up their lives, was dreading her return to Milan, wishing she could find something that could keep her passionate about books and people, something her Nonna was known for. It was on her second last day before her journey home when the old collie went missing. Sofia had been searching for hours for Toby, and finally found him lying outside a villa upon the hill. When she approached him, he twitched his feeble tail and closed his eyes forever. Feeling saddened but knowing that Toby had found his peace with her grandparents, Sofia went up to the house to ask for some help with moving him. It was when the old man who had opened the door told her that house was being put up for sale, that Sofia knew that Toby had led her to her destiny. After much espresso, gelato and vino, Sofia transformed the house into a Writer's retreat style guest house, with traditional meals following the recipes she had inherited from her grandparents. Sofia still places fresh flowers at the site where Toby died every morning, thanking him for the gift he had led her to in his last moments.
The Guest House has 2 double Bedrooms, 2 Twin bedrooms and a family room. Shared Bathroom and Wet Room with another w/c on the groundfloor. Guests have access to roof terrace, kitchen, t-v in "lounge" area, readers-walk and grounds. Sofia has private access to her own bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

Everything is fully playable, *Note, the kitchen bench and table is ATS3 creperie bench (moveobjects-ed) together, but as you will see by the pic STILL WORKS
