For the record, I'm very annoyed with this round. I tried my hardest to get it to behave as the children's/toy store. For nearly the entirety of the three weeks we had. At six this morning, I finally admitted defeat and considered either the grocery store or the community center. The grocery store started fighting me immediately, but the Community Center came together almost immediately.
So now I welcome you to the grand opening of the Challengehood Community Center.
We'll start the tour with the workout room, featuring at least one of every exercise machine. Screens break up the room, and prevent you from being forced to watch your neighbors exercise.
The center of the lot is this glass walled room, containing the vending machines. Allow me to draw your attention to the arched glass roof overhead. This room overlooks the pool area, and connects the locker room, workout room, and relaxation area together.
The locker room contains a couch and several lockers in which to store personal belongings. The door on the left leads to the uni-sex bathroom, and the one on the right leads to the shower room, which contains a few more lockers so that you may dress in privacy, especially since the entirety of the wall facing the pool contains floor to ceiling windows.
The relaxation area features two fountains. This one is in the center of a small pond. Also out here is a charcoal grill, useful after working up an appetite during an intense workout.
This is the other fountain, as well as the chess table so that you may exercise not only your body, but your mind as well.
Upstairs are two massage tables and a sauna, which is just to our left.

My play testing showed no issues, and I made sure to have the Traveller's play with everything. Most of the lot has a tropical-ish theme, excepting the relaxation area in the back, as I couldn't figure out a way to make that seem both topical and serene with what I had available in the time I had left. The stereo by the pool had quite a few dancers over there until Trisha made a plate of hot dogs. Even so, Trent had no issue getting out of the pool while there were all over there. And that's about all I can think of. I'm just glad to have finally gotten somewhere with this lot. I was very close to throwing in the towel and dropping out the contest before I switched businesses. ~VP
