slowpoke coming through
For this part of the competition, I was tasked with creating a Minimalist, Contemporary Scandinavian Kitchen, out of Zarathustra's interesting and, to be honest, Zarathustra's shell was a pretty challenging shell.
The three colours I was assigned were yellow, red and white, and I've used all three again, and the item was the Bam Bam Boo, which I've placed three of them right in the kitchen, take a look, it's all here, and I'll put some more pictures in my blog.
I used that yellow wallpaper from the assigned colours screenshot you had, and I've got more yellow all up in there, on the rug, on the stove, the other wallpaper, that's also got white. Then some more white in the dining area, like in the chairs and the walls, then red accents in the hallway, on the clock, the little footstool, the painting in the hall, the hanging plates, some windows. I initially had a red wallpaper but I replaced it with the yellow one at some point. It was just too dark for that spot, which was furthest from any out pointing windows. Anyway I really liked how the whole thing wound up and ended up building a house around it, bringing some of the walls and colours out of that room and spreading them all around the house (that I haven't furnished yet).
