PLOT

It's August, and September is right around the corner. Kids will be a-learnin' again soon. Dromedary Heights is very particular about its start of school days, and they don't much like that Xironooti the Alien is still loose. But what silly nonsense will he do this time, in his quest to avenge the death of his evil cousin Xiboruty? Why, create a Shakesbear of course, to make kids not want to learn literature! (And destroy the town while he's at it!)

Laney the Laughable was already at the scene, ready to spread some joy; but was interrupted by the reveal of Shakesbear. And she was all set to retire from super work to become an ordinary circus clown! So much for retirement. The Camelry is re-assembled to deal with the threat, as the Judo Iguanas are still missing. Lightning Hobo is glad to help, but needs some friends. Sadly, they're all in Camelorum Correctional because of their dumb luck from two years ago, before there was a Camelry. Thankfully, their defeat of Xiboruty and Utkitroll has proven that they are more than just criminal misfits: they're super-goofs with hearts of gold. Clumsy, but well-meaning.

The Camelorum staff agrees to let the Camelry assemble for a third time, to ensure Shakesbear doth not deter the learning climate.

Left to right:

- Johnny Geriwall / Lightning Hobo: Homeless man with lightning powers. Nuff said.

- Emily Barnes / Semaphore: Her hair changes colors to communicate messages. Or because it feels like it. Skilled athlete. Inmate at Camelorum because she was involved with a major accident involving the two Jens as well, and tried to flee the scene.

- Barry Navoz / Ion Boy: He tripped over a wire at a party, and the chain reaction of following Rube Goldberg-like events resulted in him accidentally destroying a million-dollar car belonging to a vigilante known as "The Gnat." While at Camelorum, he was attacked by invading space aliens and given powers to hover and to manipulate ionic chemistry.

- Jackie Regg* / Laney the Laughable: Accused of stealing Wi-Fi though it was never proven, Jackie got tossed around by one system after another; for her irrepressible spirit in the face of torture. A series of confusions resulted in her and a gal named Marissa being transferred to Camelorum. Tired of the abuse, Jackie escaped one day and then joined a circus a short time later, where she was reincarnated as a super clown. She was recruited by Lightning Hobo to help him save Dromedary Heights from Xiboruty - and became a hero in doing so.

- Carly Rancine / Maddening Rod: Things glitch up when Carly gets near them. After Xiboruty hid a battery inside her, he went to stupid lengths to erase all public conscious memory of her existence. She awoke at Camelorum one day with no memory of how she got there - and not even her own family had any memory that she ever existed. The staff decided to keep her there until they could solve the mystery of her origins. When Utkitroll rampaged Dromedary Heights, however, she discovered that she had limited control of her randomness aura if wearing black gloves. Logically, she joined the Camelry. Having a sense of purpose in her glitchy life made a huge difference in her attitude - thus improving her chances of being released from Camelorum.

- Janet Joblin / The Glob: Also Xomified, this sassy black woman is like Marvel's Blob in many respects, though not as huge. She is just as tough to beat, however. She calls herself "Glob" because "Blob" is "already taken." (There are three different Globs in Marvel too, but don't anyone tell her that!)

Oh no you dinna-in't just deny her, girl! She'll sit on you! She got sent to Camelorum after falling through five floors of a skyscraper. Before she knew how to turn her power off, she could manipulate gravity around her and became so heavy that they needed a forklift to get her out and arrest her. She became the Camelry's top bruiser.

- Candace Mason / Lemon Witch: Xiboruty attacked her in her own bedroom, and some sort of tentacle-like things went all over her face and into her ears. When she came to, everything she pointed at became a June bug or a fruit. Scared, she ran away to a mall. Where she foiled a robbery, but also turned a cop into a lime by accident. The media was quick to give her the moniker that has stuck with her. She learned wearing yellow gloves allows her to control her power. She waits for the day she'll be permanently free from Camelorum custody, but is determined to prove herself a hero with the Camelry in the mean time.
