its unlikely that exact dress exists. but its got a 1950/60s silhouette and you'll find some similar. just depends on what your willing to compromise

Thanks to the both of you! Definitely went for that Sussex dress which was pretty close. The Sentate one would be GREAT if it was knee-length.
