This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions
Default Can't load up my Sunset Valley save
When I try to load up my family in Sunset Valley, it says: 'A serious error occured of Sunset Valley.sims3'. We highly recommend that you
restart the program.

And it does not load up the family. However, I can play in other saves. Also, the picture of the save is not what it should be. It should have a picture of my family, but is empty.

I have no cc or mods.

Yeah, I have done this, it didn't work.
Why is is save corrupted?
