Those are last exceptions. Those generate in the Sims 4 documents folder whenever the game decides to be an arse. These are supposed to tell you what's wrong with your game, but they're not very comprehensible. If you use Tmex's better exceptions mod, you can sometimes make more sense of them. Just go to Twistedmexi.com. If you click the download link, it'll send you to their Patreon. Don't worry, it's free. Install the mod as you would any other script mod. Clear your cache files, run the game, and try to play. If you can get into a household, BE (better exceptions) will tell you what's wrong via a "BE" instead of an "LE". The file generates where the LE file does. You can't miss it. Double click the BE report to open it. It'll open a webpage (because it's in html format) and show a report of the errors it found.
