Ahh, I missed the questionable routing decisions that sims make...

Ah yes, the joys of Uni routing^ The "start" building - I don't remember what it was - was one of the worst offenders. Sims would constantly run to its left side when routing to/around it for no reason. Last time I had to manually make a route out of million "Go here"s if I wanted them to be on time for anything. It was either that or setting Relativity to like 5 with how long it took.

My sim invited the paparazzi that was following him in the club over to his apartment. So he drove both of them there. Got back in his car and drove to a different club leaving the pap outside his building...... They might be learning guys.

So I made a Black Widow Sim, She managed to Marry 4 new husbands (and kill them) within 24 hours.

Every time, she gets wedding presents from her late husbands. Usually, more than 1.

It irritates me when 2 snobs found they share the same trait, and they're happy with it. Shouldn't a snob hate another snob? Like, they think they're the best, so definitely they don't wanna meet anyone who's better!

I also hate it when a snob gets upset when they learn a Sim is easily impressed. I know it's conflicting trait, but shouldn't snobs love them? Who else would they impress if not Sims who are easily impressed?

The first one, snobs in TS3 are really more akin to socialites. They like luxury, nice things, outings, etc. They don't necessarily hate people that are like-minded. Snob implies something like a narcissist or something to that effect, looking down on others that you believe are beneath you.

The second one does seem a little strange at first glance. I've always taken it as that snobs aren't opposed to other people per se, but easily impressed Sims could be the type that won't leave them alone or become a bit obsessive. It's a bit of a stretch, but it works for me.

Something that I absolutely can't stand is how when you build a huge community lot with tons of cool stuff on it, any structure that you build on it will be the first place the sims will go to and in some cases, the only place where they'll decide to hang out.

For example, I built a riverside park with a bathroom. This park has a million things on it (hop scotch, telescopes, easels, etc.), but every time I visit it, I'll see 7-8 sims in the bathroom trying to socialize or merely staring at each other blankly waiting for the other to talk. Ditto graveyard. I built a tiny chapel on a huge lot, and the sims always travel all the way to it first before entering the rest of the graveyard, even though there's nothing in there to attract them and it's way in the back left corner.

Another "OMG WTF ARE YOU DOING" for me--you could have both home-cooked meals and a table spread at a house party, and guests will be whining that they're starving and have nothing to eat.

Lastly, sim parents who've grounded their kids yelling at them for leaving the house when going to school. Uh...that's not how it works!!!

That's either a subtle assessment of the host's cooking skills or your guests are being shy. I would offer them plates of food and/or use icarus' Set the Table mod to get them to the dinner table.

Sims who are grounded need to be escorted to school and (I think) picked up again at the end of the school day by a household YA or older. Admittedly even that doesn't always work out, though. Whoever said that parents were fair and reasonable in the first place?

"No no, this way works better."

Sims, put the plates in the sink. It is two steps from you! Or at least don't complain your house is a mess!

Refusing to sit while on a date so you can fulfill their whims that need them to be sitting. Although dating in 3 is not the same as in 4, you still need to fulfill whims. If the couple would stand still long enough to do that, it would be great.

You know when you build a nice community gym, add a few basics like a shower, and a TV infront of the treadmill for Sims to watch while excericising... And the only Sims that go there are children, stray pets and people who stand inside talking and nothing else?

...Sometimes you've got to wish you could exclude children and pets from lots.

Or worse, you include speakers in your gym because who doesn't like a good song to workout to?

Then EVERYONE in the gym flocks right to it and starts doing squats and jumping jacks instead of, y'know, using the actual exercise equipment.

That's one big reason I have autonomous stereo and TV workouts disabled in my game.

Well, you can use a "No Autonomous Workouts" mod, I think there are even a few on MTS. Or you could probably (and preferably) use Retuner from NRaas and disable them for autonomy that way.

One of my sims has recently amassed a considerable library and it didn't cost her a thing. She lives in a hi-rise apartment and, for some unknown reason, other sim keep leaving books outside the main entrance. There is one lying there most mornings when she leaves for work. Finders keepers, I suppose, and if she's already got a copy she sells them, sometimes for a tidy sum.

I will say some of the Sims would use the actual equipment, but more often than not there'd be about 3-4 Sims that would flock right to the speakers every time they came. And it was extremely annoying because they automatically turn them off like stereos when they're done.

I dunno why it happened in my game all the time. I just finally got tired of it lol.

First, most of my households are inhabited by roomates.
Recently I got a household that got robbed in daytime (ew never expected this especially that the NrassSP progression told that's "my" house who is breaking in you see so I clicked on the notif, there was not mine), one of the roommates of this house, was in the garden completely deadpan, she couldn't move like a statue. The dog slept on the floor, she didn't react. So the burglar could easily do his job.
Believe me if it was in my simself' house, her dog is loyal as trait, so he automatically reacts to the burglar...so her cat who is isn't loyal at all. (the cat also sleep on the doghouse lol)
I also noticed that several pets when you got several pets in the house that are friends each other, their behavivour bleed each others.

I actually do disallow children and pets from certain lots. I do it using the caste system from NRaas story progression mod.

I don't like children in bars when playing any teens bc it doesn't feel as naughty them going to one and there is a child playing darts and another at the bar eating Stu surprise.
I also got tired of the neighborhood pets ruining all the furniture on community lots so no pets either.

I was looking through the Fordyce family inventory. Alison and Christopher got some pretty good wedding gifts. Some thoughtful sim sent them a 'pile of rubble'. Just what every newly married couple needs.
