Note that most houses are unfurnished and do not have fixtures like sinks, counters, and toilets. The best strategy is to visit the empty lot to see whether it meets your needs before moving in.

Are there any premade business lots?
Or have I to create my own business lots?

Because I'm planing to merge Riverside togehter with your Beginning of Pleasantview.

No there are no premade business lots other than the ones that came with Riverside hood. There are 2 houses that have a separate building that can become home business.

This is the same as the main hood of Riverside and it has 2 stores and 3 lakes.

Is it possible to make a sim free version of this subhood? Because I really love all the lots in this neighbourhood and I'd love to add it to my other places. Or maybe as a sim free downtown?

@litlegothcat13 you can get the no sim main hood here http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=503756 I made 1 with out sims.

Yeah, I saw that, but I'd really like it more as an empty subhood or downtown, so I could have these lots in any neighbourhood I already have. I suppose with new neighbourhoods I could just add this and then delete all the characters (and then make some custom base hood townies), but that'd probably lead to corruption down the road.

@litlegothcat13 just get the one with out sims in it and move the houses to the bin.

If you delete the sims there could be data left over in the houses and can corrupt your hood that you put the houses in.

the shopping centre and normal town is very same as each other same sims in each town I through it was a seperet town you need to change it

@lovejoy The main hood of Riverside comes either with or without sims so if you want to have both in the same hood then I would get the RiversideNoSims version as the main hood.

Love this hood, is my secondary shopping center, but I believe that I going to play more here, love almost all characters, Dina is going to break several families I'm afraid...

should be something along those lines, I copied this from my own installation.

Were all of the lots created in the same empty neighborhood? Would it be safe to attach Riverside as a subhood?
