Where can I find passionate communities that thrive with/as the TS1 fandom besides here? Since I'm currently stuck with this iteration and I wanna learn more how to play this game.

Right here on ModTheSims is the most active Sims 1 community I've found.

There's a general Sims community on Reddit, and people sometimes post about The Sims 1 there, but it's usually a nostalgic, "Ah, I used to love that game," rather than things posted by active players. You can find that at https://www.reddit.com/r/thesims/?f...A%22Sims%201%22 .

There's a special community for just the Sims 1 on Reddit at https://www.reddit.com/r/sims1/, but even though it has more than a hundred members, there are almost no posts.

The Sims Cave has a Sims 1 section at http://simscave.mustbedestroyed.org...c352585d98f18#3, but it gets very few posts, and the last time I tried to comment on a thread, it didn't turn out to be actually possible.

So I think this is the best place, actually. But if you find somewhere else, please do let us all know!

Dozens of active, knowledgeable and helpful members, events and challenges (with gifts and prizes, made by resident creators), warm and friendly atmosphere. The only drawback is that new members are not accepted until the end of this year. Though I can ask there if anything changed on that matter and they just forgot to update a front page
