I LOVE this app. It showed off your (and Laura’s) best qualities. All the photos were taken with such creativity that made even the profile and body shots interesting, as they both weren’t just shots side on and body but done with Laura showing off her best moves. Very good app.

FEELINGS

I dunno how people do it these days, but I swear they can make anybody look pretty these days thanks to computers. So when I heard they were using special fx for the photoshoop, I was actually pretty excited, and now I can see by looking at this, why they pay these people the big bucks.

REFLECTION

To turn into a fairy, I ended up spending three hours in make-up alone. I honestly think my hair was the only thing that took little effort, thank God! In the end though, I can see that all the hard work, and time spent getting me done up paid off in the end, 'cause I can't believe how gorgeous I look lit up like Christmas.

I really liked how this one turned out, but at the end of the day it turned into the toughest shot yet. Read below to learn why...

REFLECTION

Never, ever, have I ever been suspended by anything, especially wires. I have an insane fear of heights, you don't even know. Though I was only a few inches off of the ground, in a dress that weighed a thousand pounds, I still have marks on my body where the had harnessed me to the suspension cord. Even still, I couldn't get enough of how I looked in the end result.

I can honestly say I've never been caged before, though it seems that now it's safe to say I don't ever, ever, wanna be caged again!

REFLECTION

I really like how everything turned out once again. Though it took us some time to get me in the cage, and of course stay in the cage, it really was worth the torture in the end.

I really regret not giving this one my all, but it was so hard to look gorgeous and "pretend" there was a moon above my head when there obviously wasn't one.

REFLECTION

The long day had begun to effect me around the time we took this shot, only because I still don't honestly get this whole green screen special fx stuff. They asked me to just picture a beautiful full moon above me, but in my head I was honestly thinking how the hell I'm expected not to look stupid staring into nowhere. Man I'm glad this shoot is over.

LIFE ON SET

How do I sum this up...? This day couldn't have ended sooner! I came in, ready and willing to do anything, but eventually came out ready and raring to leave and never look back. To think, the last photoshoot I didn't get enough sleep to play my A game, and this week I couldn't have gotten enough sleep to play any games. Between the dress made of a half ton of chainmail, the wings that didn't have any interest in cooperating, the sparklies they kept having to reapply every shot, and the clumsy wire guy. I was ready to kill someone by the end of the day. Thank God I got out of there when I did, 'cause if not, the only place I would of looked forward going home to, is a cell.

Thanks! I thought I do something 'extreme' - all these great entries here I am sure I have no chance here, but at least it was REALLY fun to take the pictures!

*dances* I just made myself a little score board and counted up all the results and I'm quite happy with my place so far ^^
I just hope I did as well in all the other rounds!

(I might put up the score board on a Webs page? for anyone who's interested? It's only got the rounds "total" score, not beauty and writing and stuff)

Huh? That is a surprise, I think I never started that high into a contest - but given what I saw so far, the next rounds will mix that scoreboard again. I think there are some fantastic entries here, can't believe what a Quality we have!

Great now my game won't start up I am going to save my download folder and uninstall and reinstall the last EP and see if that helps. I am so hoping I can get a entry in tonight before midnight but I am not sure. I will work late if the game starts working if not I may need a slight extension.

Yay, I cant wait to see what you come up with, take your time an don't rush it.... in the next round I want to try make one like everyone else, but I want everyone to openly judge me seeing as I have never been in a contest before. I'll use sims 3 and people can give me tips ect? is it ok if I do that??

I've made the "Score Board" into a proper little site for this contest ^^ (mild OCD + perfectionism = going a little overboard)


When the contest is over, I'll delete it after a couple of weeks or something. It's mainly just something to do with my time, plus I like to keep organised ^^ keeping track of the entries and scores will be fun for me
