Is there an option to create a custom neighborhood? Has anyone dared to try it? Will you just have to use their premade grocery store or can you build your own?

There is suppossed to be a neighborhood creation tool released within several weeks, or so I've been told multiple times.
If I were you, I'd just create an extra save and bulldoze everything from one of the two neighborhoods (if you've downloaded Riverview) and build it the way you want to...that's what I'm doing.
So, unfortunatley, no, there is currently no option to create a custom neighborhood, and yes, for the time being you're going to have to use their premade grocery store...

OR!!!!... You can plop down the rabbit-hole building onto a lot, and using regular build mode build a structure around it. Not exactly perfect, but at least it'll look different, lol! You need to make sure the original entrance isn't blocked, this also gives you something to click on to get the various options the building provides.

I was thinking about stuff like that, (although I don't mind the Rabbithole buildings) and I figure in the future when we have figured out objects, there will probably be a mod that clones the rabbithole objects and makes it look like a door.
