can't find a populated hood be peny griffen, called Knothole County

clsve: you link is from 2019, and peny is just talking about testing this new hood. It doesn't say anything about an official release. It is also not listed on her creations. I will ask her.
She responded right away; at this time she is not working on populating the hood, with all the stuff that involves. She does have the non-inhabited hood to downloadl
And raspberries to the Disagreer.
