Why are my sims getting their stuff stolen so much?! what irks me is there is no option to stop the thief!

All I found out is all the NAPs are annoying as hell, when it comes to voting it's matter voting in the Least annoying ones

there is a mod too prevent sims stealing during the action plan

You can opt to Repeal and get rid of the Sharing eco choice. Otherwise put up your fences all around the lot and prevent people getting in your gates or doors. Just choose who gets in and out. It's a good way of preventing pets straying too.
