Does anyone know where they are from or have any that look like it?

Sarhra's Eyes maybe? (original site is gone so this link goes to bunch of recolors of them) The shine immediately reminded me of them.

It seems that archive.org has the original site cached up and the links there work (although my browser did warn me that they're possibly dangerous files (they aren't, my browser just hates old files) when I downloaded them, for me clicking on "keep" button let me keep them) The ones you want are the blues, greens and browns as they all contain few recolors of these eyes, circled in picture below in case the page looks different for you. In my end the pictures show up broken but there's still these boxes that used to contain images and clicking on them starts the download. The other two sets were completely different eyes.
